Neal R. Veta, CPA, MT, BS in Accounting

Neal is the founder and principle of Neal R. Veta & Associates, P.C. Neal has over 30 years of experience, specializing in income tax and business consulting. Neal began his career at Deloitte & Touche, moved to Stevens & Associates, advanced to the level of a shareholder with Quinn, Stevens, Veta & Associates, P.C., and currently resides as the principle and owner of Neal R. Veta & Associates, P.C.

Neal has extensive experience in taxation and business consulting, working in the fields of real estate, natural resources, manufacturing, entertainment, venture capitalists, broker/dealer, catering, and construction, among others. Neal is also able to consult and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and exempt organizations. Neal has a long history of representing taxpayers in front of the IRS, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Neal enjoys the challenges of identifying and solving problems, listening to the needs of business people, and managing the firm. Neal’s passion as a CPA and a business owner is to promote small businesses, encourage the small business owners, develop accounting and communications skills, and to promote the firm as a group of talented and ethical professionals.

Alice Dragoon-English, CPA

Alice Dragoon-English joined our firm in 2016 as an experienced tax preparer, specializing in high net-worth individuals, tax planning, small businesses, partnerships, S corporations, trusts and estates. In addition to her tax preparation skills, she also offers diversified accounting experience with an expertise in Estate and Trust court accounting reports and over a decade of bookkeeping and Quickbooks support skills.

Alice has been working in the accounting world since 2005 and became a tax preparer in 2010. She strives to provide excellent customer service by working closely with clients and helping them make better tax planning decisions.

Alice is a Certified Public Accountant who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from California State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is a Quickbooks Certified User and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dallas Graten, CPA

Dallas Graten joined our firm in 2016 and provides services in tax preparation for individuals, businesses, and trusts & estates. Dallas’s strengths include developing and maintaining client relationships, being proactive in keeping current with tax law, and working as a team player to help accomplish goals within the firm.

With over a decade of experience in accounting, Dallas enjoys working with clients in various industries to provide tax planning strategies that help business owners achieve their goals. He also coordinates with business owners to manage their compliance and reporting needs.
Dallas received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montana State University in May of 2007. He is licensed as a CPA in Colorado and has been practicing tax since 2013.

Kim Collins, Office Manager, Tax Preparer

Kim joined Neal R. Veta & Associates, P.C. in 2007 and is responsible for the entire administrative management of the firm. Kim ensures that the office continues to run smoothly, especially during our hectic tax season, by establishing deadlines and tracking workflow and verifying that tax packages are assembled correctly and accurately.

In addition to being an Office Manager, Kim is also an individual tax return preparer with over a decade of experience. Kim completed the H&R Block Tax Preparation Course and became a certified tax preparer before joining the firm.

Kim brings over 20 years of administrative experience to the firm and is a highly organized self-starter with great attention to detail. These qualities prove essential in the day-to-day business of a CPA firm.
